Different software options are available. All the software supplied with our systems is developed by SMRE Engineering, which enables customised applications requested by our clients to be implemented and ensures immediate and effective technical assistance.

EasyWork

is a specific software for blind production, designed for easy drawing of rectangular cutting surfaces . The main features of this software are the possibility of acquiring the cutting data from the company’s database, of arranging the templates on the worktop very precisely thanks to advanced snap and scrap- management functions. This software optimizes the cutting process and manages important options such as printing of process labels, downloading of raw materials from stocks and many other useful options for production such as automatic marking or pre-set shaped decorative cuts.

Easy Work Xtreme

This software is a real CAD-CAM with all the potential of a normal drawing system. Apart from the many different options for managing the machine and the cutting orders, this software, developed by SMRE, enables drawings created using other software suites to be read and saved in the international DXF format. Easy Work XTREME can be combined with a powerful NESTING system that minimizes the amount of material wasted.
This software can be used to save all the cutting positions by recording all the optimized machining settings, including the type of tool to be used, speed and acceleration, making it very easy to use the same pattern again in future. This software can be used to receive and exchange data within the company’s IT network, e.g. uploading cutting orders from a shared database and downloading them once machining has been completed .
Several macros are available for customizing dedicated manufacturing processes, so as to automate the drawing process of frequently repeated patterns.

Spleet Box

This option of the Easy Work XTREME software was designed so as to automate the cutting process of large objects which have to be broken down into separate parts before being cut and then assembled. This software enables large-size object to be split up, easily and intuitively, on the basis of the available material and of the size of the machine, making the necessary calculations to take the seams, overlaps and edgings into account. The parts that are automatically calculated and drawn are then cut and saved as single drawings so that they can be individually catalogued and saved .
