Automatic Line Sewing Machine Mod. SM. 100.CA

The sewing machines of the SM CA Range are a reference point for automatic linear industrial sewing of fabrics using the mobile head technology. Unlike traditional technology, this method limits requirements in terms of working space while increasing production speed.
Thanks to the large number of machines manufactured and the experience acquired over the years, the SM CA 08 has reached a degree of reliability enabling it to meet every production requirement.

Versatility is another strong point of the SM CA 08. In fact, it can be used for joining and hemming fabrics, for spline insertion, for sewing reinforcements and for making side pockets of different sizes.
This machine can also be equipped with automatic side rollers.
It is available in several different versions and with modular working dimensions ranging from 4 to 16 m.

The roller table is made of 4 modules, 2.5 m each. It allows sliding of the fabric for 5 m along each side of the sewing machine.

The whole structure can be tilted so as to enable natural sliding of the fabric, thus avoiding irregular movements or forcing by the operator. The inclination can be adjusted within a wide range (20 cm travel)
