Automatic System and Machines for Industrial Production of One Piece Insect Screens and 6 mt Bars Insect Screens and Mosquito Nets

These user-friendly machines are designed for the production of medium to large quantities of excellent quality products.
This type of system enables automatic cutting of the netting on the basis of preset measurements and simultaneous attachment of the reinforcing strip (fibre, PVC or netting) along the edges.

The advanced software, to be installed on a separate PC, enables management of the stock of netting, optimising of job orders, printing of product labels and, through the company network, monitoring of the production and viewing of the status of each single order.
The touch screen can be used to change and adjust the complete set-up of the machine and to set up to 12 production orders.

An important innovation from the point of view of production is the possibility of welding the reinforcing strip along the edges and also the lower pocket or the co-extruded spline automatically during the net-spreading cycle, so as to produce a completely finished net, ready for assembly.

This system enables all the operations needed for manufacturing this type of product to be carried out automatically. It handles automatic loading of the aluminium bar, welding of the lower pocket and insertion of the plastic spline, winding of the net onto the aluminium core and; lastly, positioning inside the box and of the handle bar.

The system has a high and steady production rate, and thanks to the automatic unwinding device it is possible to take the material from large rolls of netting.
